He needs a quiet home because he still is frightened when faced with new situations but has made great progress. He would prefer a home with someone who is home a lot and there must be another or other Cavaliers in the home. He loves to sleep in his open crate and he stays in there when his fosters run an errand. He does very well in his crate and is crate trained. He is very food motivated and treats have really encouraged him to try new things. In the house he has learned to be a lap dog which is a new behavior with him, accepting human contact. He really likes being outside with his foster mom. He really enjoys going on walks and meeting the neighbors (both human and canine). He has come a long way since he came into rescue and is blossoming slowly into a more confident dog! He is very sweet but came in very shy and scared.
